I shot this gorgeous wedding back in the July heat at Guild Hall Windsor & Oakley Court. The bride Amy and Groom Andrew were great to work with and made me feel very at home, so thanks to you two!
Bride and groom prep for this wedding took place at the stunning Oakley Court. This amazing venue down by the River Thames is really great for weddings. There was a tonne of stuff to shoot for establishing shots. Including, boats bobbing down by the river, deer sculptures made from wood as well as the architecture of the building itself. I had fun exploring the grounds, shooting features and looking for good locations for later on.
The ceremony took place at Guild Hall Windsor. The building is right at the centre of this historic town. Inside, the rooms are elegant, grandiose and steeped in history. Another great venue for shooting in, although there wasn’t much room the confetti shot outside, so bear that in mind if you’re going to get married here!
We were straight back to Oakley Court for the reception, where much of the day was spent outside in the grounds drinking champagne in the hot sun.
